Back to being bum (but with a purpose)

Last Saturday, I’ve sent an email to our boss from Australia,  letting them know my situation as of that moment. And early this morning, I got a reply from our boss. Here’s what’s in it:

Good day Sheryl,Congratulations for the good news about your pregnancy!

Its unfortunate that such potential employee is leaving us this early but the priority is clear therefore, with regrets we accept your resignation.

Thank you for letting us know your situation. God Bless you and your baby.

Regards,
Eleanor

A sign of relief… Punta na dapat ako ngayon to file my formal resignation. Unfortunately, nagka-sinat ako last night pa.

Sabi naman niya it’s only  implantation bleeding. On my 6th week is my first ultrasound with my baby. We’re quite excited about this one 🙂 Wish ko lang ma-survive namin both ng baby ang first trimester. It’s one of the crucial stages in pregnancy … so help me God.

Yes, I’m back to being bum again … but what the heck! Ang kapalit naman nito ay isang sanggol na matagal na namin hinihintay ni Hubby 🙂 It’s all worth it!

  1. ganun talaga sis, pag di ukol di bubukol at pag ukol bubukol, tamo bumukol na. nyahahahaha! gets mo ba?

  2. I think it’s the best decision ever.. I hope I have the means din to do the same… Sarap kaya ma-enjoy ng husto ang pregnancy…..

I have a colleague here in the office who had the same experience (implantation bleeding), dapat iwasan mo daw matagtag sis, yung mga long travels, lalo na dyan sa atin malubak mga daan di ba… saka kapag matagal ka nakatayo, taas mo paa mo habang nakahiga kasi daw it helps with the implantation process.. It may sound superstitious pero no harm naman kung sundin din natin yung mga ganung payo ng matatanda… My OB advised me to eat lots of broccoli and vegetables na kulay green kasi it will help the baby daw .. try mo din…

Are you starting to have nausea and morning sickness na ba?

God Bless! 🙂

  4. @ Jojie, oo na-gets ko sis hehehe!

@ Ann, I’ll take note of that.

  5. sis… rest lang po ikaw and monitor mo lang your fever 🙂 sana reaction lang sa weather and not really the flu… but even if you get the flu, am sure your OB will take care of you 🙂

and we’re all praying for you

eat healthy lang! and rest, rest, rest!

  6. There’s no doubt about it – your baby comes first. And I am certain you will enjoy the next few months anticipating the big day!

  7. @ Mec, mukhang sa weather lang nga … or hormones … kasi mamaya papawisan ako at maiinitan … after that giginawin ako tapos may sinat na… tapos nun papawisan nanaman ako … ang weird nga eh. Palagi ganun.

@ Joy, thanks for dropping by 🙂 I’m more excited everyday … 8 months is quite too long but we can’t rush things, so we have to wait hihihihi!

  8. Ann, congrats on your pregnancy. all that baby dusting must have worked! 🙂 ganun talaga, you need to make sacrifices in order to get the things you want in life. but this one is so much worth it, right? ingat lagi ha and get well soon. will be praying for you.
