Baby J @ 32 weeks

By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds (pick up a large jicama) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. You’re gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, she’ll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as she fattens up for survival outside the womb. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). Her skin is becoming soft and smooth as she plumps up in preparation for birth.

8 more weeks to go and hello to Baby J. Her movements now is more different than before. It’s not just simple kicks but now we could see my whole tummy moving as if Baby J is dancing.

My fellow W@Wie turned N@Wie and Discovery Weekend classmate Pittipat shared to me her list of things needed in the hospital, stuffs that I should pack inside my hospital bag.  Konti nalang pala ang kailangan ko … here’s the list: bath towel, toiletries (betadine feminine wash, deodorant, cologne, shampoo, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper), Make-up kit (face powder, lip gloss, oil blotting paper), button top nightgown, cellphone, breast pads, nursing bra, going home outfit, maternity napkins, panties, wallet

As for baby J’s hospital bag we need:  baby book, 2 pairs of booties or socks, 1 going home clothes, 2 sets of mittens, 2 receiving blankets, 2 rooming in clothes (top and bottom), feeding bottle just in case formula fed, breastpump to stimulate your breast for milk, bonnet.

Maybe I’ll start later. Tsk!

As much as I wanted to feel happy eh I can’t … may family problem kasi na nangyayari ngayon sa bahay. Good thing Baby J always keeps me sane and tells me that everything going to be fine.

Nga pala… about the PS2 thing, panandalian ligaya lang pala siya … well, yesterday my Kuya over used it. Talking about discipline and respect to ones things. Ayan … balik PC nanaman ako. Life nga naman … minsan unfair …

  1. too bad about the PS2… and about having family problems — ganyan naman talaga yata, families would have disagreements or arguments pero at the end of the day a family always finds a way naman to sort things out.
